What the ABC STEP Diamond Award Represents

The ABC STEP program evaluates safety culture, training, documentation, leadership involvement, and jobsite safety practices. The Diamond level is reserved for organizations that achieve industry leading safety results and meet rigorous benchmarks. Companies must show exceptionally low incident rates, strong employee engagement in safety, and ongoing investment in tools, training, and procedures that reduce risk.
