Milis Flatwork is a Wisconsin-based concrete contractor founded in 2012, specializing in large-scale commercial to industrial flatwork, concrete parking lots, and tilt-up construction. We partner with owners, developers, and general contractors to deliver integrated concrete solutions for high-performance parking lots, industrial slabs, and specialty concrete work across the Midwest.

With the capacity to place millions of square feet of concrete annually, Milis Flatwork executes complex projects with disciplined planning, technical expertise, and schedule-driven coordination. Our in-house flatwork, parking lot, and tilt-up capabilities allow for tighter sequencing, reduced risk, and greater consistency—from site concrete through vertical construction—protecting both timelines and long-term asset performance.
