Our team is composed of multiple members who have been certified in OSHA 30, and CPR. At Milis we strive for a safe job site so we are able to not only complete our project but send our crews home to their families at the end of the day.
Design Capabilities
Milis Flatwork offers a number of in-house design services. This includes full service site design and tilt-up concrete wall design. Our experienced engineers on staff have an extensive history in these specific trades. Offering a wealth of knowledge that translates into a successful project for our customers.
Technology
Our team utilizes the latest and greatest technology on the market. This includes a fleet of state of the art equipment. With multiple laser screeds varying in size, we are able to optimize jobsite performance for each unique project we encounter. In house pump trucks allow us to help control costs and schedule. We also utilize total station for project layout, this includes 3-D technology for all of our exterior paving.
Continued Education
Milis Flatwork takes great pride in having highly skilled crew members. We provide our employees opportunities to take their career to the next level. Investing time and money to get our employees the hands-on training and certifications they need to be able to succeed. This includes ACI certification, CDL, screed operator training, and more.
