Understanding the WRMCA Concrete Design Awards

Each year the WRMCA honors projects that demonstrate superior concrete design, creativity, structural performance, and contribution to the community or industry they serve. Judging criteria include durability, aesthetics, functionality, and overall engineering excellence.

Award Winning Projects

Concrete Overlay Category – Lamars Dairy

This project showcased how concrete overlays can restore and extend the life of high traffic agricultural surfaces. Our team delivered a durable and long lasting solution tailored to the needs of modern dairy operations.

Special Merit Industrial Category – Oshkosh Cold Storage

Milis Flatwork constructed high performance concrete surfaces designed to withstand the demanding conditions of industrial cold storage environments. Precision, cleanliness, and durability were essential to the success of this project.

Municipal Category – Germantown DPW

This project supported municipal infrastructure through reliable flatwork designed for long term public use. Our work helped the Germantown Department of Public Works enhance its operational space and service capabilities.

Parking Lot Category – Midwest Carriers

This award highlights our ability to deliver high quality commercial parking solutions. The Midwest Carriers project required efficient construction, strong load bearing performance, and a commitment to long term durability.
